OF AMIE'S MUTTSYTM MISSION FOR ALZHEIMER'S"

AMIE'S MUTTSYTM MISSION FOR ALZHEIMER'S "NO RUMMAGE-RUMMAGE SALE"

AND

FREE MUTTSY TO FAMILY MEMBERS FOR THEIR LOVED ONE WITH ALZHEIMER'S TO MARK THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF AMIE'S MUTTSYTM MISSION FOR ALZHEIMER'S.
 

COME BE PART OF THIS CELEBRATION! 

Amie’s Fall No Rummage-Rummage Sale will be held Saturday, November 17th from 10AM-2PM at the Davison Free Methodist Church – on Flint Street (Davison Road)- 3 Blocks East of State (M-15).

The sale will include a variety of gift items, collectibles, accessories, linens, office supplies, sports items, toys, books, games, decorative items, Christmas and other Holiday/Seasonal Items, baby items and jewelry.  Many items are new-still in original packages.

Items are not priced.  A donation is the price –and those attending are encouraged to be fair and generous with their gift for this worthy cause.

Proceeds from the Sale, benefit The Muttsy Mission For Alzheimer’s, A charity located in Davison, whose mission is to place Muttsys, made by Gund, in the laps and arms of those with Alzheimer’s.

EVENT AGENDA:

A special brief ceremony is planned for 2:00 PM
To pay tribute to the family members –(of those with Alzheimer’s) who have gathered and To distribute Muttsys to them for their loved ones.
There are no requirements for receiving a Muttsy as Muttsys are always free to those with Alzheimer’s.
This gifting was made possible through a generous donation from a Michigan Foundation who supports The Muttsy Mission each year.
Over 100 Muttsys will be given away, made possible through a generous donation from a Michigan Foundation. There are no requirements for receiving a Muttsy and they are always free to those with Alzheimer’s.  
Muttsys, made by Gund, are nearly 24" long and retail for $30.00 each.  They are truly beautiful, soft cuddly dogs, which have brought countless hours of comfort to nearly 3,000 people afflicted with Alzheimer’s, since the program began in 1997.
 
Also available at the Muttsy Mission Celebration, are the following items which Fran Maiers will be happy to sign- on request.  
The CDs of the memorial tributes she has written and recorded.
Many of her Memorial Tribute Poems, including the Tribute to President Reagan, perhaps her most notable poem receiving over 200,000 visits to the web page since it was created at the time of his passing in June 2004.
A Memorial Quilt will be on display.  Family members desiring to remember their loved ones in a very special way-created the blocks for the quilt back in 1999.
